About the job

We are looking for an Office Hero to take part in the buzzing working environment at Kryha! One who is passionate about creating a nice atmosphere, administrating the office, and supporting employees! Are you up for the task of spreading joy, supporting people, and organizing activities? Then it could be you we are looking for! 


Your main goals throughout the day is to be the smiling, welcoming face and friendly voice our guests meet when entering the office. You’ll become the boss of planning facilities, incoming and outgoing communication, and sourcing needed materials for daily operations. 


Main Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for visitors and suppliers by telephone, e-mail, and face-to-face;
  • Taking charge of facility planning, mailing, ordering office supplies, festivities, and contact with external parties for maintenance;
  • Designing and implementing office policies and making improvements
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communication (telephone, email, post)
  • Managing the team agenda, including planning team meetings, team outings, and important appointments
  • Providing facility support (for example, taking care of the orderliness of the office)
  • Managing contracts with third parties and maintaining purchasing relationships
  • Organizing and ordering the groceries for lunch/fruits
  • Being responsible for updating administrative matters to support team hiring

 What we expect from you:

  • 24-32 hours available per week
  • You being assertive and punctual
  • That your is Dutch fluent and your English is sufficient
  • To be able to prioritize your daily tasks
  • Finally, we would love for you to have tons of humor and fun at the office!
