Our multidisciplinary team consists of 30 industry strategists, innovators, product designers, and software engineers specializing in strategizing, designing, and developing cutting-edge Web3 solutions. About the job

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI designer with the capabilities to design new concepts and bring the cutting-edge world of blockchain technology to life. You will be challenged to dive into the world of NFTs, DAOs, and DeFI. Through Design Thinking and taking an iterative approach, you will translate protocol objectives, societal developments, and technological possibilities into beautiful and innovative products. Creative facilitation, prototyping, and creating beautiful designs with impeccable UX while navigating the complex Web3 space are all part of your toolkit.

We work on very exciting new projects and products. One day you can work on an art NFT marketplace where you design how the digital artworks are displayed in a metaverse and can be bought there, while the next day you will be working on a Universal Basic Income cryptocurrency app for a specific region in the US.

About you

• You are a designer: creative, curious, empathetic, and innovative.
• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a design-related study.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in UX design and know what it takes to develop great, beautiful interfaces.
• You have a feeling for brand-driven design and like to make a new logo, once in a while.
• You have or like to get affinity with the Web3 space.
• You know how to work in an Agile multi-disciplinary team.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• You know how to work with tools like Miro and design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.
