Lead Frontend Engineer - Enterprise

We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Frontend Engineer that has strong problem-solving skills and coding skills to strengthen our already aspiring development team. Within this role, you lead and set the pace for the frontend engineering team.

About the job

This position will be responsible for the frontend development of Kryha's user interface ensuring an enhanced user experience, reusability, consistency, reliability, speed, and security. The role requires strong technical leadership with hands-on development. You’ll be collaborating with product leaders, designers, and other engineers to establish best practices and help blaze the trail for our new and rapidly growing development team.

You will help the team succeed by thinking about ways to improve processes, suggesting ways to make the team more effective, and mentoring and modeling engineering best practices. Help other engineers remove any roadblocks they might have, work with them to predict possible future challenges, and identify bottlenecks


  • ​​Provide technical and thought leadership to agile team members through mentorship
  • Help develop ways of working in frontend development following industry best practices
  • Carry out issue resolution, troubleshooting, roots cause analysis, and implementation of solutions
  • Provide mentorship, identify improvement areas, define & implement a training process to constantly improve the frontend skills of the engineering organization
  • Help interview and onboard future hires to the frontend team 
  • Daily check-ins with the engineers and the product owners
  • Stay on top of the frontend technologies, threats, and opportunities, what’s coming and going

What we expect from you: 

  • 5+ years of experience in frontend development 
  • Interested  in working with cutting edge technology
  • Always voice your opinion for both threats and opportunities you see
  • Comfortable with React and Typescript. Full understanding of the fundamentals and principles of JavaScript
  • Able to work with REST endpoints documented with Openapi
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Ability to mentor and guide more junior developers in their growth
  • Able to take a leading role in a project
  • Self-directed, investigative, highly responsible, and work well in a team environment
